ABOUT

Twelve years making complex companies make sense.

I am a brand and content expert who leads the thinking and still does the work. I build positioning, content systems, and campaigns inside complex, highly-regulated organizations, usually on a lean team where the person setting the strategy is also the one shipping it.

The Short Version

Today I own brand, content, and creative strategy at Reworld, a $4B sustainable solutions enterprise. I shape how the company sounds, how it shows up, and how its story turns into pipeline, partnering with executive leadership, Sales, and more to keep all of it aligned.

I did not start there. I came up through the work itself, writing, designing, and producing across every channel as a specialist before I had the title or the mandate to redesign the systems around it. When I moved into senior roles, I finally got to fix the structures I had spent years working inside. That path means I have done nearly every job I now direct, so I know what good looks like and what it actually takes to ship.

Because I grew up on a lean team in a high-growth company, I have led and personally executed in every corner of marketing: brand, content, demand, SEO and conversion, creative direction, sales enablement, and web. I am as comfortable setting the strategy as I am building the thing the strategy calls for.

Most of my career has been in a technically complex, heavily regulated industry, which taught me to make dense, difficult subject matter clear and compelling. And because every business on earth generates waste (and almost as many value innovation, growth, and sustainability), I have built messaging for customers in nearly every sector, from manufacturing and healthcare to retail, finance, and government. The category can change. The craft does not.

How I Work

Put Story Before Spectacle

Positioning and narrative come first. Everything visual and tactical answers to the story, not the other way around.

Start From the Outcome

Whether it's a full-stack content system or a single line of text, I work backward from the result it needs to drive. Nothing is decorative.

Build Systems, Not One-Offs

A great asset is useful. A system that lets a whole team make great assets is invaluable.
I build for scale without ever risking quality.

Match Messaging to the Moment

The right message depends on the stage. Awareness, demand, and retention each need a different gear, and I switch deliberately.

Embrace the Messiness

Big projects are rarely clean or straight-forward. I keep it calm and collaborative so that my teams do too, even under pressure.

Challenge the Playbook

Any sector can fall into habit. I ask questions and challenge what is, because what ought to be rarely comes quietly.
