I led the content strategy and development of brand-aligned thought leadership and sales enablement platforms, crafting content pillars, core narratives, and scalable systems for high-impact assets that supported both awareness and conversion.
Background
As I grew into a more senior role, I identified that the existing content and collateral system I had initially supported was no longer meeting the company’s needs. The legacy approach lacked cohesion, strategic alignment, and the depth required to support an evolving market position. In response, I led a comprehensive overhaul of this system, partnering cross-functionally to redefine core narratives and establish a more unified, brand-aligned foundation. From there, I built and implemented scalable content development frameworks and sales enablement materials designed to drive awareness, educate key audiences, and better equip the commercial team.

Takeaway
